You don’t have to stop snacking, but you can make better choices! Use this chart to help you make better snacking choices this holiday season:

One serving = ¾ cup, makes about 8 cups

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees.
  2. Melt margarine in microwave or saucepan and add seasonings.
  3. Mix cereals, popcorn and pretzels together in mixing bowl.
  4. Pour margarine mixture over cereal mix and toss.
  5. Spread onto ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 45 minutes.
Recommended for
Count as 1 starch and 1 fat serving
