2011 Aesculapius Award of Excellence

Home Dialysis Central was awarded the 2011 Aesculapius Award of Excellence for “excellence in the communication of good information about healthy lifestyles, disease prevention, and health care treatments.” A panel of judges representing health care, web publishing, and multimedia evaluated entries. The award was established by the Health Improvement Institute, a non-profit organization based in Bethesda, MD, to promote informed lifestyle and health care decisions. World Wide Web Health Awards

The National Health Information Awards program honors high-quality consumer health information. The awards program is organized by the Health Information Resource Center (HIRC), a national clearinghouse for consumer health professionals who work in consumer health education fields.
