Muscle Stiffness in Dialysis Patients - Tips to Prevent and Overcome

One problem I face a lot which hampers my quality of life is muscle stiffness. This prevents me from doing a lot of things and also results in pain from time to time.

Having now had kidney disease, and multiple different complications and learning from it, I have found that there are things that only “patients” learn about doctors, and the medical system.
