What does NxStage believe is harming home HD in the US?

In a recent press release picked up by the Wall Street Journal, NxStage announced that it sent comments to CMS to ask for an increase in the home HD training payment. At just $33.44 per session, the current amount does not come close to covering the costs of having a nurse teach a patient and family member.
