Satellite certainly does a great job of staff retention—former CEO Mark Burke stayed for 23 years. Newly appointed President and CEO Rick J. Barnett brings 30 years of Califorina hospital and ambulatory care experience to his new role, much of it with non-profits. The Satellite board is excited about Barnett’s passion for improving healthcare.
