Rubin Dialysis Clinics Plan Acquisition by DCI

The three upstate NY-based Hortense and Louis Rubin Dialysis Centers—the biggest users of NxStage equipment in the US—will be sold to non-profit Dialysis Clinics Incorporated, with the proceeds used to support a new Rubin non-profit organization in the region. The sale is subject to approval by the NY State Department of Health.
