DialysisHealthTracker.org: A New, Free App for PD Tracking
Hi everyone, I’m Travis 40 years old and from Western Australia. I’ve been on peritoneal dialysis for the last two years, diagnosed when I was 14.
I'm not here to promote anything, but because I know how isolating this journey can be.
When I started PD, I was overwhelmed. The routines…the sterility…the fluid checks…the constant worry about peritonitis…. And on top of all of that, the tracking. Every day felt like paperwork:
Blood pressure
Pre- and post-weight
Drainage amounts
UF calculations
Symptoms
Notes for the renal team
Stocktake
Managing Dialysis
It wasn’t the medical part that got me — it was the mental load.
Over the last year, I created a free tool called Dialysis health tracker—not as a business, not as a product, but as a fellow dialysis patient trying to make daily life a little less stressful.

It’s 100% free.
No ads.
No selling.
Just something I wish existed on day one.
I’ll share more over the coming days—but today I just wanted to start with the “why”:
Dialysis takes enough from us. Tracking our lives shouldn’t take more. If you’re going through this too, you’re not alone. And if sharing my experience helps even one other person feel a bit more in control, then this post was worth it.
Please reach out, even it's to tell your story.
