Caring For Those Who Care
A new law will create an advisory council and a blueprint for government action to help address the financial, employment, respite, and other needs of the army of unpaid caregivers who help loved ones with chronic diseases. Meanwhile, community groups, hospitals, nonprofits and government agencies have programs to help the helpers.
