Montville Man Remains Hopeful

Luis Santiago Velasquez has type 1 diabetes and kidney failure. He feels blessed to be able to come home from his full-time job each day and do PD. But, his 11-hour cycler time cuts into family activities, and he is hoping for a transplant.
