H.R. 8875 “Improving Home Dialysis Act of 2026” would expand Medicare payment for temporary staff-assisted renal respite care and mental health services for eligible home dialysis patients.
Introduced in May 2026 by Carol Miller (R-WV-1), Robert J Whittman (R-VA-1) was the first co-sponsor in June. In last month’s newsletter, we encouraged contacting U.S. Representatives.
