“Serious methodological flaws” was the reaction of many of the 330 comments to the ESRD Treatment Choice model suggested to implement the Advancing American Kidney Health Initiative. The Medicare Payment Advisory Commission (MEDPAC) asked CMS Administrator Seema Verna to go back to the drawing board.
