Richard Muehlbauer finds that even with Medicare and Medigap, he has out of pocket costs for his home HD. He supports the Jack Reynolds Memorial Medigap Expansion Act, a bipartisan bill that would expand Medigap coverage to dialysis patients who are under 65.
