Prepare NOW PCORI Study
MEI is honored to be part of a PCORI study originating at Duke University, with Dr. Ebony Boulware as the PI. The 5-year Prepare NOW study aims to improve care transitions from CKD to ESRD at Geisinger Health Systems in Danville, PA, and will use a version of MEI’s My Life, My Dialysis Choice tool to help patients indicate their health values and choices.
