Baxter’s IL pharmacist oversees shipment of supplies to patients’ homes. In HI, a second licensed pharmacist must oversee PD supply distribution. Eliminating the second pharmacist (as 34 states have done) would make it faster and cheaper to get supplies to HI patients so more can do PD at home.
