Jack Reynolds Memorial Medigap Expansion Act
After an accident at age 4 caused his kidneys to fail at 22, Jack Reynolds required life-long dialysis, which propelled him to become an advocate for his fellow warriors until he passed away at age 67. It bothered Jack that in some states, Medigap plans are not available for people under age 65. This bill honors his memory and would address this gap in coverage.
