American Kidney Fund Pushes to Re-Introducte the CARE for All Kidneys Act
In 2021, the Coordination, Accountability, Research, and Equity (CARE) for All Kidneys Act was introduced, but never got out of the Health Subcommittee. If reintroduced and passed, this bill would fund research and an action plan to address inequities that raise the risk for poor outcomes and limit access to home dialysis and transplants for rural and minority patients.
