SPECIAL EDITION! Advancing the American Kidney Health Initiative (AAKHI) goal: 80% of new ESRD patients transplanted or dialyzing at home by 2025. A new kidney health Executive Order signed on July 10 aims to bring sweeping changes to U.S. kidney care, with three goals: fewer patients with kidney failure, fewer Americans on in-center hemodialysis, and more kidneys for transplant.
