Home Dialysis Central Facebook Group Nears 5000 Members
The HDC closed Facebook group offers information, problem-solving, and support to dialyzors using PD and home HD and their care partners to help them succeed at home. We expect to reach 5000 members this week—and will celebrate by becoming a Social Learning Group with content units to answer commonly asked questions and make the user experience even better. Join the group and see for yourself!
